Objective

Evaluate the usability of an existing mental health website called E-couch.

About the Site

E-couch is a self-help interactive mental health website created and funded by organizations in Australia.

It is a program with modules for depression, generalized anxiety & worry, social anxiety, relationship breakdown, and loss & grief. It provides evidence-based information and teaches strategies drawn from cognitive, behavioral and interpersonal therapies as well as relaxation and physical activity.
